En este caso, no cabe el descuento del 50 % que normalmente aplicar\u00eda si el infractor reconoce la culpa y paga en menos de 20 d\u00edas naturales.Conozcamos cu\u00e1les son esas cuatro infracciones tan graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> *NOTA (Aclarar que los detectores e inhibidores est\u00e1n prohibidos,  en cambio,<strong> los avisadores de radares como nuestro Coyote est\u00e1n totalmente permitidos por la DGT en la Ley de Tr\u00e1fico. <\/strong>Coyote basa su fuente de datos de radares en fuentes oficiales como la propia DGT y no interfiere con la se\u00f1al del radar, lo que s\u00ed hacen los inhibidores y detectores.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conducir un veh\u00edculo con un detector o inhibidor de radar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el\nmomento que el conductor lleve en el veh\u00edculo alg\u00fan mecanismo que interfiera\ncon los sistemas de vigilancia como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mycoyote.es\/blog\/noticias\/por-que-un-avisador-de-radares-es-legal-y-un-detector-de-radares-no\/\">un detector o inhibidor de radar<\/a>, aunque no est\u00e9n en\nfuncionamiento, se considera infracci\u00f3n grave, hasta incluso cubrir la\nmatr\u00edcula con una placa imantada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el\ncaso de los <strong>detectores de radares,<\/strong> <strong>se sancionar\u00e1 entre 500 y 3000 euros y la\nretirada de 3 puntos del carnet de conducir<\/strong>. El detector de radar funciona\ncomo una radio de alta sensibilidad, sintonizando la misma frecuencia que lleva\nel radar, y est\u00e1 totalmente prohibido por ley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.race.es\/diferencias-entre-inhibidores-detectores-y-avisadores-de-radares\">Los inhibidores de radares<\/a> tambi\u00e9n son ilegales, pues\nemiten una frecuencia que anula el cinem\u00f3metro por completo. En este supuesto, <strong>la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima llega a los 6000 euros<\/strong>\n<strong>y la p\u00e9rdida de 6 puntos del carnet de\nconducir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo hay unos dispositivos legales para conocer la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta de los radares y se trata de los avisadores de radar, tanto en formato GPS como en aplicaciones de m\u00f3viles, por ejemplo, el que ofrece Coyote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instalar un detector o inhibidor de radar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo\nel due\u00f1o del veh\u00edculo se enfrentar\u00e1 a una sanci\u00f3n por infracci\u00f3n grave, tambi\u00e9n\nlos <strong>talleres mec\u00e1nicos que instalen esos\ndispositivos de detector o inhibidor de radar<\/strong> en el coche pueden recibir\nuna <strong>multa de hasta 30 000 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Da\u00f1ar la infraestructura viaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nda\u00f1os y obras en las v\u00edas pueden causar inseguridad y accidentes. Por eso, los <strong>da\u00f1os en la infraestructura viaria,<\/strong> <strong>incluidas las se\u00f1ales de tr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, conllevan\nsanciones econ\u00f3micas de <strong>hasta 3000 euros<\/strong>\nsin la correspondiente bonificaci\u00f3n por pronto pago. En este apartado, tambi\u00e9n conlleva\nsanci\u00f3n sin descuento <strong>cuando se altera\nla circulaci\u00f3n sin permiso<\/strong> como realizar obras sin autorizaci\u00f3n; ya que puede\nincrementar la confusi\u00f3n del conductor y poner en peligro la seguridad vial. De\nhecho, las actividades industriales que la alteran tampoco tienen derecho a\nbonificaci\u00f3n y su sanci\u00f3n <strong>oscila entre\n3000 y 20 000 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No identificar al conductor infractor <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se <strong>falsea la identificaci\u00f3n del verdadero responsable\nde la infracci\u00f3n<\/strong> de tr\u00e1fico cuando hay varios pasajeros en el veh\u00edculo <strong>y no se contesta al requerimiento de la DGT\nen 20 d\u00edas naturales<\/strong>, se est\u00e1 cometiendo una infracci\u00f3n muy grave. Este\nsupuesto se penaliza con una multa sin descuento de <strong>1500 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que la DGT no permite aplazar, ni fraccionar el importe de las multas de tr\u00e1fico y se deben abonar de una sola vez. Evita muchas infracciones con el servicio<strong> Coyote, <\/strong>tan sencillo como tener la aplicaci\u00f3n en tu m\u00f3vil o un GPS en el coche.
