Tras\nmucho tiempo con sospechas y rumores, parece que estamos cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s cerca de\nuna prohibici\u00f3n de fumar en el coche<\/strong>.\nDesde hace unas semanas se ha conocido la noticia de que el Ministerio de\nSanidad est\u00e1 trabajando en una nueva ley que contempla la prohibici\u00f3n de fumar\nen el interior de los veh\u00edculos o aumentar el precio de las cajetillas del\ntabaco, entre otras medidas. El objetivo: proteger\nla salud de los ciudadanos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta nueva ley se recoge dentro del Plan Integral de Prevenci\u00f3n y Control del Tabaquismo 2021-2025<\/strong>, la cual ya se encuentra en su fase final de redacci\u00f3n; con ella, Sanidad<\/a> pretende reducir en un 30% el consumo de tabaco<\/strong> en nuestro pa\u00eds antes de 2025<\/strong>. Por su parte, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico tambi\u00e9n lleva un tiempo detr\u00e1s de los conductores fumadores, por ello, y a pesar de que Pere Navarro<\/strong> ha declarado que la prohibici\u00f3n de fumar en el interior del coche \u201cno est\u00e1 en la agenda\u201d<\/strong> de la DGT, s\u00ed que ha recordado que hacerlo \u201ces un riesgo claro, cierto y evidente\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque a d\u00eda de hoy, la Ley de Tr\u00e1fico de la DGT<\/a> no proh\u00edbe expresamente el hecho de fumar en el coche, la normativa dicta que, si un agente considera adecuado sancionar a un conductor por haber causado alg\u00fan tipo de incidente debido al tabaco, puede hacerlo<\/strong>, al igual que ocurre con el uso inadecuado de la ropa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La\nDirecci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en lo peligroso que puede\nllegar a ser fumar mientras conducimos y aconseja no hacerlo, ya que puede\nllegar a causar graves distracciones al\nvolante<\/strong>. Es m\u00e1s, la propia DGT ha hecho p\u00fablicos varios datos sobre las\ndistracciones a causa de fumar en el coche. Estos datos indican que la acci\u00f3n\nde encender un cigarrillo puede suponer alrededor de unos 4 segundos, si, por\nejemplo, circulamos a 100 km\/h, podr\u00edamos llegar a recorrer entorno a 113 metros sin prestar atenci\u00f3n a la v\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por\notro lado, fumar un pitillo nos lleva un tiempo estimado de entre tres y cuatro\nminutos, esto hace que, durante todo ese lapso, vayamos conduciendo con una\nsola mano en el volante o no lo agarremos de forma correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro de los argumentos que demuestra que la DGT<\/a> no apoya fumar en el coche, es el aumento de la p\u00e9rdida<\/strong> de puntos, pasa de 4 a 6, por arrojar colillas a la v\u00eda y la multa econ\u00f3mica de 500\u20ac <\/strong>que recoge la nueva Ley de Tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfEn el resto de pa\u00edses est\u00e1 prohibido fumar en el coche?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aunque\nla normativa var\u00eda mucho fuera de Espa\u00f1a, s\u00ed que es verdad que hay muchos\npa\u00edses que ya han hecho realidad la prohibici\u00f3n de fumar en el coche, no tanto\npor una cuesti\u00f3n de seguridad vial, sino de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por\nejemplo, en pa\u00edses como Reino Unido, Australia o Francia est\u00e1 prohibido fumar en\nel interior del veh\u00edculo siempre que vayan dentro menores o mujeres embarazadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal\ny como os hemos contado, aun no est\u00e1 terminantemente prohibido fumar en el coche,\naunque Sanidad lo haya incluido del Plan Integral de Prevenci\u00f3n y Control del\nTabaquismo 2021-2025, a pesar de ello, s\u00ed que existen multas relacionadas con\neste tipo de comportamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como\nya sab\u00e9is, no respetar e incumplir cualquiera de las normas que se recogen en\nel Reglamento de Circulaci\u00f3n conllevar\u00e1 alg\u00fan tipo de infracci\u00f3n. Dependiendo\nde la gravedad se considerar\u00e1 leve o grave y de ello depender\u00e1 la cuant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica\ny la p\u00e9rdida de puntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antes os hemos comentado que un agente de\nseguridad podr\u00eda llegar a multar a una persona que conduce con un cigarrillo en\nla mano. Seg\u00fan la normativa de tr\u00e1fico, el no mantener la libertad de\nmovimiento y reducir el campo de visi\u00f3n est\u00e1n contemplados como acciones que\npueden ser sancionadas con hasta 80\u20ac de\nmulta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, volver a recordar que en la nueva Ley de Tr\u00e1fico de marzo del 2021<\/a> se estableci\u00f3 una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de 500\u20ac<\/strong> a los conductores que fueran captados arrojando una colilla por la ventanilla mientras circulaban y la p\u00e9rdida de 6 puntos de su carn\u00e9 de conducir<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde Coyote<\/a><\/strong> apostamos por una conducci\u00f3n segura y no solo queremos proteger a los conductores y ocupantes del veh\u00edculo de problemas o incidentes en la v\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n de conductas poco c\u00edvicas al volante, por ello, apoyamos esa nueva ley de Sanidad y apostamos por la prohibici\u00f3n de fumar en el coche<\/strong>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
